After a year without transport trade events through 2020, Narva was pleased to exhibit at the recent 2021 Brisbane Truck Show, where the auto-electrical and lighting supplier presented its recently released Ultima MK2 LED driving lights to the trucking industry.
Narva’s new lights are successors to its first-generation Ultima 180 and Ultima 215 LED driving lights, which over the years have been popular amongst transport professionals – the Ultima 215 adorning the bull bar of many a long-haul freighter - often in four-lamp configuration for tremendous light output. The second-generation Ultima MK2, Narva claims will shine significantly brighter with 30% more light and 20% longer beam than the first-generation equivalent.
The importance of Ultima MK2’s recent release was not understated at Narva’s Brisbane Truck Show stand, which took on a bright “truck diner” theme with a décor throwback to classic, American-style roadside eateries and kept show-goers moving with free coffee. Ultima MK2 lights were fitted to the front of an Isuzu NPR demo vehicle, product demonstration pods and a display plinth. A large wall and TV installation emphasised the personalisation of Narva’s new flagship driving lights, with seven lights installed in a row, each contrasting a different colour and finish combination that vehicle owners could achieve with the included trim inserts and optional bezels.
Narva gave visitors to their stand an opportunity to scan show tickets and win an Ultima MK2 215 twin light kit, which is now available in retail stores and features two lights and premium plug ‘n’ play wiring harness, along with everything needed for an easy and professional installation.
In spite of the driving light focus, Narva’s exhibit also showcased several new lighting products either recently released or soon to be released in 2021, including strobes, emergency and warning lights, as well as rear and front lighting.
