Narva Launches Functional New Heavy Duty LED Work Lamps

Narva continues to expand its heavy duty L.E.D worklamp range with the addition of two new models that are designed to provide users with added convenience and practicality.

The new entrants – which are available in either a spot or flood beam pattern – both feature impressive light output courtesy of 9x5W Cree® L.E.Ds that produce and impressive 3600 Lumens of bright white light (5700°K), for optimum visibility.

These figures translate to 135 metres of penetration for the spot beam lamp (part no. 72712HS) and coverage of 50 by 20 metres for the flood beam variant (part no. 72712H).

A key feature common to both new models is a large, integrated handle that allows easy adjustment, as well as an integrated on/off switch at the rear of the lamp. This versatility makes the new lamps ideal for applications including mining, agriculture, commercial, construction, recreational, civic, or other situations where regular adjustment is required.

Given the nature of the work and tough environments that the worklamps will likely be used in, they feature heavy duty construction and are fully sealed and waterproof to IP68. Other benefits to aid longevity include a powder-coated aluminium housing, a virtually unbreakable polycarbonate lens, stainless steel mounting hardware and the reliability of an in-built Deutsch® connector.

The new Heavy Duty L.E.D Worklamps are also EMC-approved meaning they won’t interfere with on-board electronic and communication devices, while a low current draw of 1.4A @ 12V ensures minimal drain on vehicle batteries.
