Shipping Policy

Standard shipping within Australia

Allow 3 business days for order handling, followed by 2–8 business days in transit. The estimated total delivery time for standard shipping is 5–11 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our order cutoff is 2 pm Melbourne time. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is $12.99 for orders under $200 and free for orders of $200 or more. Any applicable promotional or redemption shipping rate is shown at checkout.

Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. The delivery estimate above applies to standard shipping.
